Suggested Use: Take one tablespoon by mouth one hour prior to bedtime. If desired, take and rinse down with water. First-time users should take an initial dose of ¼ to ½ teaspoon and determine their own sensitivity to the product. A daytime invigorating dose is one teaspoon. If desired, take with water, juice, or coffee. For daytime nervousness, anxiety or irritability take an additional one to three teaspoons or more during the day.
Warnings: this product may cause drowsiness if taken improperly or if one is over sensitive to it; do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol while taking InvigoRest. Do not operate machinery until you are comfortable with the way that InvigoRest works for you. This product is not intended for persons under the age of 18.
For maximum freshness, store at room temperature (50° to 80° F) and away from humidity. Keep container closed and dry when not in use.
